 'The Bath House Murder'

In 2016, whilst script editing on Tang dynasty detective series THE JUDGE DEE MYSTERIES, I was commissioned to devise and write an original 1-hour episode, ‘The Bath House Murder’. Based on the classic novels by Robert Van Gulik, the 40 episode series, created by Dudi Appleton & Jim Keeble, Executive Produced by Patrick Irwin, was developed by 87 Films for producer Wang Donghui of Combo Drive Pictures, China. In 2023 a teaser was released, and in 2024 JUDGE DEE'S MYSTERY debuted internationally on Netflix.
