TV pilot spec for a returning series

MEDS is about the lives of a group of London medical students;

an 18 to 20-something rites-of-passage comedy-drama with plenty of light and dark and a turbulent emotional heart; 

something in the vein of Lena Dunham’s GIRLS, perhaps with a splash of SKINS,

and with the gripping medical and personal drama of E.R. in its heyday.
